Fly High Up In the Sky!

“So, what do you think of MassyLassy after meeting her?”

“Oh! She says I’m cute but I think she’s cuter than me! Like a teddy bear - Like my teddy bear!”

That was Madam’s niece reply when she came around the office and was asked of her opinion about me. By the way, she’s only 7 years old but a glance at her, you might think that she’s 10 years of age…

So, there you are! I’m CUTE! Of all the thing, I’m cute. What’s the meaning of cute? UGLY BUT ADORABLE is what it means… Yes, that’s what they say!

But I’m just thankful that she says I’m cute – heck at least I’m adorable aren’t I?

Yes… Over the year(s) living in the UK, I’ve gain a few pounds (that’s lying, really; not a few but A whole heap!) and yes, my face now is as round as a round teddy bear (whatever that means) but let’s just say that it’s rounder than it was before okay!?

Now just leave it will yah! I know! I know! Don’t have to remind me over and over again! I know already! Silence Now!!!! Tsank You!

But still, at least I’m not overweight for my height… or am I? Hmmmn… I need to check on this one just to make sure and be on the safe side…

Nevertheless, I will not break down just coz someone calls me CUTE! Well, cute is better than Ugly isn’t it? Isn't It???????

I was once asked of my age and I told her to guess it and remarkably she says I looked 18 to 20 of age or early twenty’s like 20-24 years old which makes me feel really over the moon! She says I don’t look my age at all when I told her how old I was (which is 27 in September thank you very much! *hint* *hint*)… Syukur Alhamdulillah is all I can say to her!

So anyway, I’ve got a date tomorrow and I’m just thrilled to bits! How long has it been since I’ve been out on a date? Well, let’s say it has been a long time and I must say that I am just looking forward to this date! Will be meeting him in town as he’s working tomorrow, then we will have that long lunch where we’ll talk about anything and everything under the sun, gazing at each others eyes, touching his hand and he touching mine, and then maybe, just maybe if he’s in a charitable mood, we do a bit of shopping, or just walking around town, holding hands, smiling away like a teenager in love for the first time…

All the mix feelings of exhilaration and walking on cloud nine…

Sigh, sigh, sigh… Weeeeeeeee Heeeeeeeee…

Hubby better not cancel lunch tomorrow or else I’ll be really cross with him! Hee! Hee!
